Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package at any time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at pawvercare2000@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate packages and on slightly different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
